1. General Refund Structure

Refunds are applicable based on the number of days elapsed in the billing month:

1. 1st to 10th day: 70% refund
2. 11th to 20th day: 30% refund
3. 21st day to end of month: No refund

This applies when a student chooses to leave the enrolled batch.

2. First Month Special Conditions

The following conditions apply only during the first month of enrollment:

1. No classes attended: Full refund will be issued
2. Up to 2 classes attended: Full refund will be issued
3. 3 or more classes attended: Refund will be processed as per the General Refund Structure

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

1. Classes conducted as scheduled, even if the student does not attend
2. Temporary unavailability of a teacher or rescheduling of sessions
3. Lack of participation, interest, or performance-related concerns

4. Parent/Student-Initiated Requests

In cases such as:

1. Change of mind
2. Schedule conflicts

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed strictly according to:

1. First Month Special Conditions (if applicable)
2. General Refund Structure

5. Alternatives to Refund

To support students, the following options may be considered:

1. Batch Transfer: Allowed only if the student agrees to the available batch, including its schedule and assigned educator(s)
2. Subject Policy (Class 11 & 12 only):
   1. Adding an additional subject is allowed
   2. Switching (leaving one subject and joining another) is not allowed

6. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered in exceptional situations such as:

1. Verified technical/payment errors
2. Genuine concerns reviewed on a case-by-case basis

All such decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Glass Guy.

7. Refund Calculation (Important)

Refunds will be calculated based on the actual amount paid at the time of enrollment.

1. If a discount was applied, the refund will be calculated on the discounted amount paid, not on original or listed fees
2. If no discount was applied, the refund will be calculated on the full amount paid

8. Multi-Program Enrollment and Discount Allocation

In cases where multiple programs are selected and a discount is applied:

1. The discount is applied individually to each program fee, not on the combined total as a single unit
2. Each program will have its own effective amount after applying the discount

Example:

1. If two programs of ₹2000 and ₹3000 are selected with a 15% discount, then the effective paid amounts will be:
   1. ₹2000 → ₹1700
   2. ₹3000 → ₹2550

If a student withdraws from one program:

1. The refund will be calculated only on the discounted amount of that specific program
2. Refunds will not be calculated based on the total combined payment

9. Impact on Future Payments

If, after withdrawal, only one program remains active under the parent:

1. The remaining program will no longer qualify for multi-program discount
2. The fee for subsequent billing periods will be charged at the standard (non-discounted) rate

10. Refund Process

To request a refund, parents/guardians must contact us via:

1. WhatsApp or phone call

We aim to respond within 2 hours during working hours. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

11. Important Notes

1. Refund eligibility is calculated based on the date of request, not the last attended class
2. All refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or a suitable alternative
3. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to this Refund Policy

12. Batch Duration and Policy Applicability

This Refund Policy remains applicable only until the official batch end date.

The batch end date will be communicated in advance through a formal notification in the respective WhatsApp group.

After the announced batch end date, no refund requests will be considered.

13. Changes to Refund Policy

Glass Guy reserves the right to add, reduce, update or modify these points at any time. Updated refund policy will be communicated through appropriate channels.
