1. Enrollment Rules

1. Enrollment is valid for the duration of the active batch, which will run at least until the end of January (unless otherwise communicated)
2. Batch Transfer: Allowed only if the student is comfortable with the available batch, including its schedule and assigned educator(s)
3. Subject Policy (Class 11 & 12 only):
   1. Adding an additional subject is allowed
   2. Switching (leaving one subject and joining another) is not allowed

2. Fee and Payment Rules

1. Fees are charged on a monthly basis and must be paid within the first 10 days of each month
2. If a student does not attend classes for more than 7 consecutive days without prior notice to the educator or WhatsApp group admin:
   1. The enrollment may be terminated
   2. Refund (if applicable) will be processed according to the Refund Policy
3. If there is a genuine reason for delayed payment, it must be communicated in advance and will be considered on a case-by-case basis

3. Refund Policy

All refund-related matters will be governed strictly by the Refund Policy of Glass Guy.

4. Privacy Policy

All data-privacy-related matters will be governed strictly by the Privacy Policy of Glass Guy.

5. Class Rules and Expectations

1. Camera: Students are expected to keep their camera on during classes unless instructed otherwise
2. Discipline: Students must maintain respectful and appropriate behavior at all times
3. Late Joining (Student Side):
   1. If a student joins late without informing the educator, a warning may be issued
   2. The responsibility lies with the student/parent
4. Late Joining (Educator Side):
   1. If the educator is delayed, a notification will be shared in the respective WhatsApp group at least 10 minutes before class
   2. If no such communication is made, students may leave after 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, and the session will be considered rescheduled

6. Communication

1. WhatsApp will be the primary mode of communication
2. Communication may also take place via phone calls or Google Meet
3. We aim to respond within 2 hours during working hours

7. Termination of Enrollment

Glass Guy reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment under the following conditions:

1. Continuous inability to keep up with the academic pace of the batch (after reasonable observation and communication)
2. Any form of indiscipline, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior
3. Non-payment of fees within the allowed time frame without prior communication

In such cases, the Refund Policy will still apply where applicable.

8. Learning Environment

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all students. Any behavior that disrupts this environment may lead to appropriate action, including removal from the batch.

9. Changes to Terms

Glass Guy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated through appropriate channels.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting any kind of information on our website and/or enrolling in our program(s), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
